Canon EOS 5D Mark II now available for rent.
The Canon 5D Mark II has finally arrived to Camren Photographic! Wait no more. The 5D Mark II is Canon's newest addition to their DSLR line-up and offers 21.1 mega-pixel resolution, 3.9 fps, the Digic 4 processor, live-view, and HD video capability. Our 24 hour rental rate is $125.00, which includes the BG-E6 battery grip, a second battery, 4 gigabytes of CF memory, AC adapter, and a few other normal accessories. The ISO range of this camera is 100-6400, which is expandable from 50 to 25600. Recent reviews do caution noisy images at these extreme ISOs and a short battery life when used for video. The video also lacks total manual control and relies on a good amount of automation. Overall, the camera should offer its users comparable image quality to the EOS 1Ds Mark III and improved performance over the original 5D.
